Browsing, accessing and using the Phidias Software S.L. website confers the status of user, by which all the conditions of use set out here are accepted. The user assumes responsibility for correct use of the website, which extends to:

The SSL certificate provides authentication, privacy and information security between Phidias Software S.L. and the user. Phidias holds a security certificate enabling secure connections, setting parameters through preestablished keys that encode and decode the data sent until the connection is closed.

Legal action, governing law and jurisdiction

Phidias Software S.L. reserves the right to bring such civil or criminal actions as it considers appropriate for improper use of its website and content. The relationship between the user and the provider is governed by the law in force in Spanish territory. Phidias Software S.L. has its registered office in Madrid, Spain.
