Social Media Privacy Policy

Introduction

In accordance with the data protection rules in force and with Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), Phidias Software S.L. states that it has created profiles on the social networks Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, LinkedIn and Vimeo, whose main purpose is to advertise its products and services.

By joining our page, the user gives consent for the processing of the personal data published on their profile. Phidias Software S.L. accesses and processes the user's public information, in particular their contact name — data that is used only within the social network itself and is not incorporated into any processing system.

Data subject rights

• Access: to obtain information about their data and how it is processed.
• Rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data held by Phidias.
• Restriction: to restrict the intended purposes of processing.
• Erasure: to erase their data, unless there is a legal obligation to keep it.
• Portability: to receive their data in a structured format and transmit it to another controller.
• Objection: to object to the processing of their personal data.

Phidias Software S.L. may access the profile's public information, post on the user's profile information already published on its own page, send individual messages and publish status updates. Users can manage their connections and restrict who they share them with through their privacy settings.

Posts

Users may post comments, links, images or any multimedia content supported by the social network, provided they own it or have third-party consent. Any post that offends against morality or ethics, or infringes intellectual property or image rights, is prohibited. Phidias reserves the right to remove such content immediately and request the user's permanent block.

Phidias Software S.L. is not responsible for content that a user freely publishes. Published images are not stored in any Phidias processing system, but remain on the social network.

Contests and promotions

Phidias Software S.L. reserves the right to run contests and promotions open to users who have joined its page, in compliance with the LSSI-CE and other applicable rules. The social network neither sponsors, endorses nor administers any of these promotions.

Advertising

Phidias Software S.L. will use the social network to advertise its products and services, always meeting the requirements of the GDPR and the LSSI-CE. Recommending the Phidias page to other users is not considered advertising. Links to the social networks' privacy policies:
